Our experience spans over 30 years, serving the Redding area. Our sausage seasoning is the BEST around. We wrap each package according to your instructions. Each of your cuts of meat will be packaged in an air-tight poly-wrap and sealed with butcher paper to keep the package fresh.
REQUIREMENTS:
We do require your Domestic or Wild Game to be skinned and gutted, clean and free of dirt and hair. Please leave hindquarter shanks on for hanging. We also request that beef is previously quartered.
